Our aim at Floating Ohm is to produce elegant, tailored designs with a focus on detail. This applies to all aspects of the design, be it providing engineering solutions or, importantly, the use of space and choice of materials and finishes to express the individual Clients tastes.
We do this as an interactive process starting with a general discussion with the Client to get to know them better and to start to understand their aspirations for how the boat will be used, their specific tastes in style and decor and how they would like the boat to be arranged both internally and externally. We will then start to share some ideas on layouts and begin to put together some ideas on materials and finishes to discuss. This process continues until the Client is excited with the design and we can then consolidate this into a build specification and cost.
This part of the process can (and should) be a lot of fun for the Client as well as ourselves!
